Great experience with StorageMart! Hayley was very helpful on the phone when I was inquiring about different unit sizes. I came in to take a look and she showed me seven different units took the time to walk me through the site and she answered all my questions, explained my options clearly. She is GREAT!

I had such an amazing experience with this storage facility! The units are clean, well-maintained, and the security gives me complete peace of mind. You can tell they truly care about keeping the property safe and secure.
A huge thank you to Hayley, who went above and beyond to help me figure out the perfect unit size for my needs. She took the time to walk me through my options, answer all my questions, and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Her customer service was outstanding!

I had a really great experience overall, largely thanks to Hayley. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way she does, and it made the entire process smooth and stress free.
Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Chantel, was quite the opposite. I found her to be rude and somewhat standoffish, which made interactions uncomfortable.
If it weren’t for Hayley, my overall impression would have been much lower. She truly made a positive difference and is a great asset to the team.

The site looks never has garbage and always is so clean
