Came in to see acouple units. Hayley was extremely helpful with finding what best fits my needs for long term storage for my business. Chantel and Hayley are both very friendly, the property in very clean and well maintained.

My husband called to inquire about, what I thought was a problem with our billing. We've been renting from Storage mart for under 4 months.
The first initial call, the lady on the phone was rude and condescending. This individual did not give me confidence in storage mart (was going to rate 1 STAR). Luckily the manager, forget her name (SORRY!!!) she was able to walk us through the policy and the contract, where my husband did not understand. Whom explained it to me, which made me realize where we went wrong.
Great customer service from the manager. We were on the verge of leaving when she helped us BIG TIME. Straight forward and easy to talk to. We personally own our own furniture restoration business locally here in Collingwood and deal with a handful of selfish/entitled managers and business owners. She was able to defuse my husband (LOL and SORRY) and get him to listen, and tell him he was wrong without being rude and condescending. THANK YOU for looking out for your customers and keeping Collingwood FIRST.
There was another lady, at the storage facility who we came across to inquire about storing there. Lady was an employee of a local cleaning service. She said the same thing.
One of the better managers (Chantelle) to deal with in Collingwood.
Will be putting this business up for 2026 "READER FAVOURITES AWARDS", because of this interaction.

We have been very happy with our storage units and our experience with Storage Mart. The units are clean, secure and the facility is well maintained. Hayley and Chantel provide excellent customer service.

Outstanding Customer Service from Chantel and Haley at StorageMart Collingwood
I had a fantastic experience with Chantel and Haley at the StorageMart in Collingwood. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Even when I had a last-minute change of plans, they didn’t miss a beat—they handled everything with professionalism and a smile. They took the time to go over all the details with me not once, but twice, just to make sure I was completely comfortable and informed.
Their customer service skills are top-notch, and they truly went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's not every day you come across people so dedicated and pleasant to deal with. Huge thanks to Chantel and Haley for making what could’ve been a hassle feel easy!
