Great experience with StorageMart! Hayley was very helpful on the phone when I was inquiring about different unit sizes. I came in to take a look and she showed me seven different units took the time to walk me through the site and she answered all my questions, explained my options clearly. She is GREAT!

Prices are great, the unit was clean and in good shape, had access to my unit whenever I needed. Hayley and Chantel made everything easy and I would definitely recommend this business. Thank you for making a stressful situation much simpler

I had a really great experience overall, largely thanks to Hayley. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service the way she does, and it made the entire process smooth and stress free.
Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Chantel, was quite the opposite. I found her to be rude and somewhat standoffish, which made interactions uncomfortable.
If it weren’t for Hayley, my overall impression would have been much lower. She truly made a positive difference and is a great asset to the team.

Excellent experience at StorageMart Collingwood! The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access. Hayley was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the entire process quick and stressfree. Highly recommend for anyone looking for storage in the area!
